I don't believe it's necessary and sometimes it can even lower your chances. It really depends on good your wingman is. I personally think you just need to be confident and know how to talk to a woman.

I’ve been told by a few girls that having a wingman shows a lack of confidence. I think unless she has a friend/s with her, you should approach a girl alone.

If your wingman is good it helps you. If he's bad you have to carry him, and he can be HEAVY. Nah you can split off.
