Regardless of how sexy it looks to you, there are some girls that just wear what's comfortable, some that wear what's trendy, and some wear what attracts the most male attention, among other things.

Just like dudes, different girls wear things for different reasons.

You don't really need to concern yourself with trying to analyze why a girl is dressing the way she does because that's an unreliable way to deduce her intentions/how she's feeling.

Instead look at their actions, if girls are dressed very revealing but they always look like they're on a mission in the gym, dead focused on training and almost not even aware of others there whether it be guys or other girls then they're likely only there to train.

The same is true if girls are with their friends and are only attentively interacting with them in between sets, they're more focused on being social with friends.

Its when girls are training or with friends but they have frequent moments where they look around, especially when she's in a circle with her friends and everyone else is attentive but she's more aloof to them and glances out once in a while.

When training it looks more like she's training to pass the time instead of getting a real good workout in. Maybe they also exaggerate some movements to make them look sexy.

Another good indicator and this is more specific to you, is if you notice the same girls always having an excuse to be near you and in your line of sight.

Regardless of how they dress, you have a much better shot at girls who act like this as opposed to just looking out for the girl that's showing off the most skin.

If you want to test the waters even further, you can make a passing comment to these girls. You have a ton of excuses in a gym, like asking how many sets she has left or asking if you can work in or asking if she's using a particular piece of equipment or if a water bottle/towel/phone that's lying around is her's or if she wants a spot, etc.

If she reacts extra warm to you when you do any of that after she's been hovering around you in the gym or regularly scoping out the place then you have damn good chances with that girl.

No they are probably there to work out and the popular gym clothing made for women, usually making working out for them comfortable, is just extremely revealing. Have you ever worked out naked in your room? A lot of loose clothing really limits mobility.

However, out and about I think so. They can specifically choose clothing that shows off their body in a way that makes them feel attractive. Granted they might not exactly be seeking male validation or dates, they do want attention because they are specifically dressing to be attractive because it makes them feel good. A lot of men also do the same thing, but I would say its less.

Granted I'm only a guy who lived in an all woman household for some time, I cant exactly tell you everything because I am not a woman but that's what I understand because I asked the same question you did at one point.

All of the above. Never know what a person’s intentions are especially after being held up in a house for who knows how long. And you must always remember we are animals!
