I am about to start a new job at a tea shop as a barista, and I thought it'll be a good chance to post this on Seddit for some advice. I remembered walking into retail stores and the employees there are friendly and out going. Walking into Starbucks, the employees there are sociable and friendly. At this job, I would either be making drinks or handling the cash register. My question is, what tips and techniques do you guys recommend I practice on customers to improve my body language and social skills?

thanks!
