Hey Seddit, I'm 19 years old and a freshman in college with my eye on this girl from class. I've had one girlfriend last year and want to work on my approaches and confidence. I want to ask her to do something, but I always get nervous and make excuses in my head why I won't start a conversation with her. I have spoken with her briefly in class a few times, just nothing more than a few exchanged sentences. She sits behind me and I wanted to strike up a conversation when class ends so we could walk back while talking. Does anyone know a good way of keeping calm and approaching? Any tips help, I want to overcome this obstacle but always make the approach a bigger deal than it should be
