I think what you should say is dependent on how many times this has happened. Personally I would advise against saying you have 10 other females waiting. If its the first time this happens then dont make a big deal something could have came up that she had to cancel. If this is reoccurring, just tell her straight out. "If you are not into this relationship that's fine. I dont want to waste either of our time."

(22f) I read a post on this subreddit a few months ago that said, if the girl takes too long to reply, flakes on the first date, or doesnt seem interested/is dry during conversation; then you should move on. And personally I agree, its not worth it to waste your time on someone that cant set aside even 1hr for you.

Anyways, I would just be straight foreward and say "lets not waste each others time, if your too busy to hang out then have a nice life"

And

“ok look, if you dont wanna hangout, just tell me, otherwise dont waste my time. I got 10 other girls that wanna fuck me but I put them aside so i can hangout with you”.

^ this in my opinion this kinda seems like you really want her and your trying to make it look like you have all of these girls after you, but realistically that girl probably doesn't care

I typically wouldn't respond in anyway that comes off as salty or offended. You basically told her she was more important than 10 other girls that was into you and you're mad she isn't as into you as they are.
