I'm 30 years old, and for some strange reason decided to lurk here after a few years of abandonment.

I was just reading the top posts, and was kinda disgusted with some of the things, and the general attitude here.

I remember coming here seeking solid advice on self improvement and achieved it. I also came around enough to consider myself able to seek out and maintain relationships with women. Something I couldn't do beforehand.

something I want to point out real quick is that, I would 100% agree that my standard of life went up significantly once I was able to reach that milestone

Turns out a lot of the stuff was in my head, in conjunction with some minor physical tweaks, but this subreddit used to be a resourceful place to seek conditioning to help you out of these mindsets and physical deficiencies

Anyway, I 'd be totally open to offer advice to those who really seek it, and not just trying to seek assurance in their deflated egos.

I remember the motto of

Step 1: be attractive

Step 2: don't be unattractive

was a mantra to help everyone always assume the best move in the situation. It seems today to be used to assure people's insecurities as their reasons for not getting women.

(I'm brown, I'm 5' 8", I'm too skinny, I'm not funny, I'm ugly, bla bla bla)

Just post a question here and I'll try to answer to the best of my ability. If not, just down vote this, and I'll take it as a sign that I'm just a douche who should mind his own business.
