Flair voting was done here

There were 44 votes for flair and 48 against. People actually did down-vote as they were not asked to but that doesn't matter. The vote if it did matter however is 27 for and 29 against.

Voting was very close on both sides however the vocal side was more toward not having flair in the discussion portion of the voting page.
