I'm 18 years old and I'm in a band that plays bars and various shows pretty much every weekend. During our shows I always notice a lot of girls looking at me and giving me those looks and shit, but they're all a lot older than me. I still look like a kid. When I approach these girls after shows the conversation usually consists of them talking about how young and I am and how they're "going to hell for this". I'm a good looking kid, and I apply a lot of the things I've read on this subreddit, but my interactions with these females always dies off pretty quickly.

What can I do to get past this road block and actually pick up girls/women at my shows?
