Leaving at the club with her number isn't ideal. It's just good. You want to bang her that night. A decent trick is to go get food with her and her friends at the end of the night then go back to her place to chill/bang. Number is second best.

It was disrespectful but not the flake the balls of trusting that excuse down your throat the next day.

To harsh no, to butthurt yes. The difference between a man and a child becomes apparent when he is pushed. A man keeps his dignity and composure way after the child lost it and even started criying. That doesn't mean keep playing her games, that means shut her game down in a calm collected manner.

(Note: this does not mean you are cold or nonreactive when the situation calls for it, this means that when you have nothing to win you don't stroke your ego with bitchy remarks regardless of how good it could feel in the moment, because that sly remark is basically you admitting that you lost A game and you are bitter about the game - and that is not the attitude of a player, a winner or a character trait you want to feed)
