Hostile divorce, stbxw and her lawyer don't respond to any offers I and my lawyer have made. I have not seen my kids in months. They made their first ever offer of supervised visititation with the kids. My lawyer says take it, but I don't trust this is a good faith offer. I think they want to have offered something before the temporary orders hearing, and I don't want to be stuck with supervised visititation until the end of the divorce. Any advice?
