Curious what you think qualifies as abuse. I have evidence of neglect, verbal abuse by umpteenth new boyfriend, blackmailing the kids, compulsive and pathological lying in her effort to get the protective order, eggregious deceits and manipulations. I absolutely certain she is a malignant narcisist encourage by her likeminded father and the new boytoy is a liar also. The kids are unhappy there but i am reluctant to upend their workd again. 3 years ago i left them into the depths of hell. It took years for me to claw back my 50% and i am reluctant to change their environment again. Its been working out great with me and my new blended family. The judge ordered forensics (seems like in my favor) after discovering her lies and affronts against the 7 people who now occupy my home. I refused to pay the fees and informed all lawyers and clerk that no agents will be granted access to my kids without a warrant. I am afraid if they take time from her, she will lose child support and fail them completely.

Right now just an ineffective child lawyer that allowed a pathological liar to call the PD twice and sherriffs 5 times all on false accusations i already proved. Countless unfounded CPS complaints, baseless lies to PD, lies to Sherriffs. I am scott free and clawed more overnights away from her for the lies and other eggregious offenses infront of the kids. But i am no longer allowing any agents of state to see my kids on my time without a warrant. 2/3 kids are asking me to take more time beyond the 50% i took with the kids intentions. The child lawyer goes by what the kids desire as they are older and mature. I am afraid to go for full custody because she will fail miserably if child support is cut. It is my concern because the kids love their mom despite her inadequacy and low performance. I am scared if i do take full custody she will get worse and it will affect them negatively. Right now they are doing great and are happy knowing i take it all in stride and have no visible trauma despite constant and repeat afronts at the hands of their pathological mom. Even the kids see the lies and deceits which are out in the open but they chalk it off because of my non shellant posturing as i pretend none of it bothers me and pretend its all a big joke. Obviously it affects me but i pretend its one big court clerk circle jerk and these agents of state just want their money. That seems to have worked well to keep the kids happy. Pretending its all a joke seems to have made my life easier also in many ways
