I am a 25 year old male. I have been married to my wife who is 24 year old female for the past one year. This was a love marriage. I have applied for divorce due to her abusing me for the past one year mentally and physically, she has also attacked me Several times and it has also been registered as an official complaint in the police station. I have applied for divorce, but the problem is. She is one month pregnant. I can’t live with her peacefully or happily. She can’t let me live. I’m afraid that she will somehow attack me my family or my parents and brothers whom I have been separated for the past three years. I know that she will use whatever means necessary to attack my parents and brother through dowry allegations or domestic violence, but note that I have been separated from my parents for the past three years and she has never lived together with me or my parents. Note that this is in India, somebody please help me. I don’t want to live with her. How can I come out of this?
