My wife has left because of my sexuality issues. Fair enough. I loved her and we made a baby together. She's refusing to let me see our daughter on equal time. When we were married, I bathed, clothed and fed my daughter and took her to daycare.

I think it is BS that she wont allow me to see my kid for more than a day or two at a time. Mind you, she took off with our kid and forced her way out of the home as we don't have a court order. Now I am stuck paying the rent for a townhome and I cant see my kid much.

Any ideas on my chances for joint residential custody.
