I’m having issues with my ex and my son’s cell phone.

The first issue is she has taken his phone away in an effort to keep me from contacting him during her parenting time. I pay for his phone and I use it as a way of keeping in touch with him when I don’t have him. She has more time with him than me and so I use text messaging to keep in touch.

The second issue is she tracks his location with his phone and therefore tracks are movements when we’re together. I’ve been manually turning it off but does anyone know how to block her from doing this? I would like to still have access to find his location because I’m paying for the phone and I think it’s a good safety feature.
