First post, been lurking a bit. Ex wife a recovering addict, check my post history. We have a 3 y/o child together.

Bottom line: filed for divorce in Feb 2018, attempted reconciliation until Oct 2018 (I had pushed court dates off twice). Wife never filed a response. Divorce went into default and Judge granted me everything I asked for in Dec 2018.

Wife is seeking some kind of recourse.

My ex-wife has gone nuclear claiming she didn’t know I was still pursuing divorce, though I did very blatantly and clearly tell her after I found drugs in the house and she assaulted me in Oct.

I had a lawyer for all of this, she has not had legal rep ever (except for her criminal matters). I actually ran into her at the county courthouse this morning after I talked to their legal advice team.

What recourse does she have? She’s claiming what I did was sneaky and possibly perjury...

I have 100% physical/legal custody of our daughter. I asked for no child support. She gets no alimony.

Sadly, her only real concern is financial support, not so much actually being a parent.

I figure these are standard empty threats from a scorned woman, but what do y’all think?
