Filed for divorce in March of 2022. Final hearing is in February.

Stbxw has just now provided mandatory disclosure documents, but didn’t provide the full amount (speaking about the timeline associated with mandatory disclosure), she provided half.

Anyways, after looking through it, it’s very clear to my lawyer and I that she lied during deposition and during a hearing with the judge concerning temporary relocation of our child.

It’s also come to light that she’s gained about $10K during this process. I’m still on the hook for car payments and insurance, and obviously child support. I’ve had to take out a personal loan to keep paying my lawyer.

So she’s lied about her finances. And after looking at my finances, I’m now left with $77 after all bills are paid.

Has anyone in Florida dealt with this, and what was the outcome? Did the judge care? I’m trusting my lawyer and his counsel, but I’m curious about others experiences.
