Also, if a man is depressed, I don’t understand why he can’t seek the help of a professional therapist or a licensed mental health professional. But NOOOO instead, they offload their mental health problems on women and expect US to solve them and perform emotional labor for them for free even if we have no medical training whatsoever 😒

And on top of that they don't appreciate it. You could be his free therapist and shoulder to cry on for years and he'd still leave you for a hotter younger "better" woman who's never seen him struggle.

If anything women are TOO supportive of men's emotional issues. Most women fucking love it when men open up to them and they get a chance to "bond" with him by being a shoulder to cry on.
As someone who used to be that way, I've stopped giving a shit about supporting men emotionally because they don't actually grow closer to you because of it. They just see you as a dumbass for trying to help them and being their free therapist.

OOOP! I’ve def been guilty of this in the past as well. My current boyfriend opened up to me about his childhood this weekend and now I understand why he sees a therapist about his issues. He knows better than to use me as a shoulder to cry on when there are professionals out there for that.

Also, there are FAR more men who emotionally blackmail women than there are men who actually suffer from depression. Men weaponize everything - including their mental health - to attack women.
It's also very popular for men to whine about "society" not giving a shit about men. Well, what stops them from giving a shit about men? The answer, of course, is toxic masculinity. Given the choice, a man would rather hurt a woman than help a man. Nobody stops these antifeminists from helping other men - but they want to hurt women and feminism tries to stop that and this is why they're mad.
I've never met a feminist who hates men as much as antifeminist men hate men. The same type of men who whine about feminists not giving a shit about, say, homeless men are the type of men who support all the radical policies that drive people into homelessness in the first place - and if someone tries to end homelessness, they indulge in mentally insane conspiracy theories about the (((cultural Marxists))) plotting and scheming to destroy their capitalist paradise and shit like that.
