One of the most shocking part of article is

Mr Malkinson fought for 20 years to prove he was innocent of the rape of a Salford mother-of-two, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

Woman can falsely accuse this guy whose name has been made public for years and can't be legally named for doing so.

Other shocking thing is

He could have been released after six and a half years if he had given a false confession - something he has said he was never willing to do.

Coercive as fuck.

This man’s life was ruined completely by the system, his youth was wasted behind bars and will never be returned, and his suffering will never be compensated. And no one gives a fuck.

If there is anyone who thinks that the system is just for men, Markinson’s experience proves you otherwise.

What is infuriating about this, is feminists still want to take away defendant's rights in rape trials. They still won't acknowledge that some men accused of rape are innocent.
