You can read black women's perspectives on this matter to know they aren't very happy with feminism as its current form. I remember comments somewhere talking about how if you were truly for equality you would be a feminist and not a MRA because feminism fights for the equality of the sexes and I pointed out how black women had to make their own movement because they didn't feel feminism truly understood their issues, and feminist think they could understand the issues on another gender entirely while they don't understand of their own gender but another race? Nobody of the feminists there replied me. They probably didn't know "Womanism" is a thing.
