love is mostly a parent-child type of thing. No, you cannot make anyone love you, it's a choice they make and there's no point in trying to win someone over with anything other than being yourself.

If some woman comes along, do what a zebra will do when it spots a hungry predator. I suggest you watch Turd Flinging Monkey's "She'll never Love you" video on YouTube. MGTOW is not for giving out dating advice. It is about male self-actualization, and realizing that the most important person in your life is you, should always be you. If your heart craves love, it is your hormones nudging you to mate and procreate. Procreation is an extremely risky business in today's society. Hormones don't care about love. If you want some emotional relief, I suggest doing some guided 'loving-kindness' meditation (also called metta meditation). There are videos of that in Youtube. It will provide you with some relief. But what ever you do, for heaven's sake, don't seek out a woman's love. Because it is a trap.

Love is rare and it's very difficult to say when it's been found.

Go out and win the lottery though and see how many women suddenly like you though.

As for deciding to be as selfish as possible, I'm not sure I agree. I think the pursuit of happiness is key for anyone who is mgtow but rarely is one happy being as selfish as possible.

See, when you say 'love', you are probably thinking of unconditional love. Women have that ... for their descendants. Sometimes.

I think a lot of men just assume that women can love men the way men can love women, but that just doesn't seem to be the case.

All else being equal, improving your physique and wealth will grant you access to more women. The question is whether that's a good reason to improve your physique and wealth, and the MGTOW answer is "no."

The only thing you've changed in a woman is her perception of what she can get out of you before (or while) she swings on over to the next guy with something to offer.

Improve yourself for yourself, and if a woman comes along and brings a net benefit to your life (including consideration of the significant risks), knock yourself out until she doesn't anymore. Then give her the boot.

Love, in that sense that you are thinking of (unconditional, unequivocal yearning for), is felt only by men and some species of animals. Women feel something similar to that for their children... usually. However, no woman will ever love you in the way that a typical man can love.

You could be a modern Casanova with the body of a Roman god and a bank account like Donald Trump, but no woman will ever truly love you. She'll love what you provide and the progeny you bring her, but never you. Your dreams, emotions, thoughts, everything that makes you who you are, is largely inconsequential.

If you are okay with that and still want a bitch to call your own, TRP is your bet. If you aren't okay with that and don't want to play Russian roulette with your life, MGTOW is the answer.

The choice is yours.

I exercise and stay in shape and work on bettering my finances because it helps me now and will help me in the long run. When I'm no longer a wage slave and a senior citizen I want to be able to enjoy my latter years of life and not decay into a fat blob full of illness and disabilities. Just take a look out in the world around you out in the streets, that's what happens to most people. I don't want to end up like that. It has nothing to do with getting women to like me. It's not about being selfish, it's about taking care of your own self, because nobody else is going to do it for you.

Yes... but only for a time. Even the ultra Alpha's of the world get cheated on and taken to the cleaners.

The only way to have a real relationship with a woman is to get her young before she gets ruined. And even that only lasts for a time. If you know how to deal with women (never believe anything they say, understand everything is about her current emotional state) then you can extend it.

The answer is YES. But the cost is very high. It's not worth it. All the PUA stuff and understanding what women want ends up with this: you must be the strongest, richest and be ready to be the meanest and devote your life to her wants, not yours, then she can and will love you.

You are much better off on your own. I will not be a part of that nonsense. Women are too stupid to appreciate a good man for what a good man is. A good man is strong for himself, not for others, is smart or kind of his own volition and instinct, not to impress, and is no one's slave, no one's dancing monkey. Women want the opposite.

Women are too stupid to be worth this effort because of that, not to mention their additional risk like trying to get men to kill each other or beat each other near death, get men arrested, for their entertainment.

If some woman comes along, then neat I guess.

Or, not neat, since she could decide you're a creep for expressing any interest but you're not good enough for her to even look at her, so she tells the next guy over that you're "scaring her" and he punches you in the face.
