That's too collectivist. We're all too individual to ever want / agree on an "anthem".

The very nature of anthems and flags and other such things is beta - the desire of the follower to have a thing to follow, a concept, a symbol, a purpose.

The very nature of men going their own way is alpha/leading, which is not to follow any other person, concept or symbol.
