Create some form of “personality test” akin to what target has. Don’t have the questions be too far out there. If anything, keep them tame. It will give you a cheap excuse to not hire someone as you can always say that they failed to fit the personality metrics demanded by the role.

Yep, nowadays would rather risk being sued for discrimination than get falsely accused. You get fucked either way but at least you don't have to deal with women nagging in the work place and all their sick and maternity leaves. With men at least we get something done because men actually have to work to get compensated.

This reminds me of a time when I had a free day and went to enjoy food at a local dive. Apparently it was happy hour for a group of guys, they were all in various states of work-dress, but they were getting loud and more than a little drunk. They began to discuss hiring practices for their various companies and I wasn't paying attention until one piped up:

"Well that's your problem, you're hiring single people. Especially the men. Single man? Unmarried? No kids? That's the worst employee. Fucker's not worried about keeping his job. Men like that live cheap, so they can float between jobs. There's no work ethic, no fear, no desperation keeping them in line. Now take a married man? Preferably with kids? That boy will be a model worker. He'll show up whether he wants to or not. He's got obligations. You can load him with more work, make him work longer. Hell, he's the most likely to come in on his days off. Men like that you can just abuse like hell and they have to put up with it. Married fathers make your profits. Single men with no children are bad news for your bottom line."

The amount of revulsion that crept up my spine hearing that piece of shit talk has yet to be rivaled to this day. So honestly, I hope you somehow find a way to hire MGTOW and only MGTOW. Make it a company for us, by us. Because unfortunately it's not just women that are predatory fucks towards us.

This is an excellent idea. However - taking note of some of the "they'll shut you down" commentary here - first - DO NOT LISTEN to anybody who offers you defeatist advice. Second - those defeatists are partly right - but there is a way to not be stopped by the affirmative-action-gestapo. 1 keep your company small in it's core staff - smaller businesses are not subject to gender quotas. 2. create a mission statement or a charter for your company that uses only positive philosophical statements, but that also excludes the people who would poison or sabotage your workplace. An exclusionary statement can be written as an inclusive statement and serve the same purpose. Also, avoid any specific language about either men, or women by category. Rather - focus on the qualities of people you want in any documented mission statement, policy, or goals. Finally, if you come under the attention of the Political Correctness enforcers - you can prevent that by making your new employee acculturation something that men will happily accept to become part of a positive and productive company - and that people you don't want will not want any part of. Easiest way to do it is through sub-contracting and do not hire directly. Make them responsible for paying their own taxes etc... This way you avoid all labor laws concerning Affirmative Action and discrimination. Also, make sure that you take sub-contracting offers from women, but never hire them for the job. When they call back just tell them that the contract was filled.

I looked at discrimination law. It does mention gender, and does NOT mention marital status. So if you tell the women the contract is filled and you level with the non single men you're safe. I'm not a lawyer, check and confirm this.

From what I understand, so long as job listings are open to the public, a firm cannot discriminate based on some sort of immutable characteristic (race, sex, age, etc.).

But from what I reckon, it is up to the firm to allow the public to apply for positions. You can't, for example, walk into a mom & pop business and say they are in violation of fair labor practices because you weren't allowed to apply for the job that the pop is doing. It was never open to applicants, so the question of treating applicant equally is moot.

So as long as you fill positions internally, without opening up opportunities for the public to apply, I don't see how discrimination laws apply.
