It does sadden me that Veganism is only seen as a far left movement. The ethics and health arguments for Veganism are sound and logical when you break them down into detail. It makes immediate sense when you consider animals as sentient beings, why are we killing them when there is no need to? Taste pleasure really isn't a powerful justification.
I don't find the hard sell very effective, so as a rather odd-one-out Libertarian Vegan MGTOW, I'd recommend everyone look further into this topic. You'd be surprised, especially on the health side. Eating a clean whole food plant based diet can reverse or prevent the leading 15 causes of death in the USA. If you had a pill that could do that, it'd be worth trillions.

No. The health arguments are anything but sound. The lipid hypothesis has been disproven so soundly, so many times, in so many studies by now. I understand that the PR machine pushing it has been in full throttle since the middle of the last centuries, and it's not relenting, but'm sorry, I am not going to just agree with this BS just because it is so popular.

I am entirely willing to have civil discourse with people. I am not an SJW, far from it. As I said prior, I'm a Libertarian (morally an AnCap) MGTOW. I only care about logic and reason, with a dash of empathy for animals on top.
You linked a video, which has a lot to respond to. I don't want to overload you with links, so let's just do two now.
The first, Saturated fat causes endothelial cell damage and impairs HDL cholesterol's anti oxidation abilities
This isn't directly related to elevating LDL cholesterol or total cholesterol, but it is one point I wanted to make clear. Saturated fat is not good for you, even outside of the context of total cholesterol scores.
And as far as dietary cholesterol, it absolutely does affect blood serum cholesterol scores, as seen here in this meta analysis
The issue, and why it's so easy to go to google scholar and find a dozen studies showing dietary cholesterol has no effect on blood serum cholesterol, is because baseline is rarely ever controlled for.
When dietary cholesterol is ingested, its effect on blood serum cholesterol is related to previous short-term consumption of dietary cholesterol. Its effects are logarithmic, presenting in a hyperbolic curve. In other words, its diminishing returns.
If you take someone who routinely consumes 400 mg c / d and give them an extra 200 mg c / day, their serum will likely not budge at all. But take a Vegan consuming 0 mg c / day and give them 100 mg c / day, and their cholesterol will skyrocket.

Sure they can, unless they have an exceedingly rare genetic disease that I've never heard of.
Heme iron is deadly, increasing cancer, heart disease and even diabetes risks. Non-heme iron isn't.

This is based on 1 mg/day of heme iron
The greatest increased risk ratio for relative risk was surprisingly in Lung cancer, with the highest being 1.22 (29% increase relative risk).
Heme Iron and Heart Disease
This risk factor is far more pronounced, with average daily consumption of heme iron in the typical diet (meta analyses of epidemiological data) yielded an increased risk factor of 44% for CHD (Coronary heart disease).
1 mg / day was associated with a 27% increased risk factor.
Heme Iron and Type 2 Diabetes
This meta analyses shows a 33% increased risk factor for Type 2 Diabetes, for those consuming the most heme iron.
The 1mg / day risk factor was 16%.

Is that 1mg total intake, or 1mg absorbed (takes an average of 16mg of iron to absorb 1mg, slightly less for haeme iron)?
It takes significantly less heme iron to absorb the same total figure, as compared to plant based sources, that is part of the problem. Heme iron bypasses most of the body's natural regulatory mechanism for absorption.
And those studies were all related to dietary heme iron, or what is taken in via food.

Though I prefer Cashew milk, since it has a more neutral flavor profile and has so few calories. Tofu can be fine when cooked very well, but I usually prefer Seitan (Wheat Gluten).
