Studies on the differences between the sexes are plenty and readily available on Google with a few clicks.
That said, female neuroticism =/= male neuroticism. Neurotic behaviour in women manifests in schizophrenia,BPD, whoring around and being a generic mess of a female. (Throw in ADHD and panic attacks). Stress eating too ( insert all chocolate jokes here).
Male neuroticism expresses itself in actual anxiety disorders, depression, being more prone to PTSD, and suicidal tendencies. Throw in some female thinking patterns and overly emotional personality for good measure (I.e dramatization of menial crap, and high irritability). Also OCD

There was this video by Anna Akana on Youtube where she talked about how women see events different than men. She had a guy run up to her car because he wanted to ask her something and it was a totally normal situation in his eyes. Then she had a clip of how it played in her head and why she found it so weird. So yes, women view things differently than men because of the very reason that you listed. Womens hormones are chaos, then throw in being smaller, more fragile, shorter than everybody around you. You tend to always feel threatened.

I disagree. They shout “refugees welcome” while knowing that the Muslim invaders stone women to death for acts that are commonplace in the west. They dress provocatively, which increases the likelihood of getting abused or attacked. Men are far more attuned to threat detection. That’s why when shopping for new houses, women look at the wallpaper while men look at attack vectors like door and window security.
What happens is that they’re naturally wired to shit test men constantly. They keep pushing until they find the limit of behavior that men will accept. Modern societal movements push men to remove limits to female behavior, so females naturally push to find the new limit.
