Your competitors will never let you back in the game if you give the them the ammo. Pense rule on steroids. Don't dip you pen in the company ink. He did, his affair with an employee cost him. Weather it was actually harassment, we will never know. From what I read it had enough of an appearance to imply so. Certainly anyone competing against him or his businesses will keep bringing it up.

He needs to do things via a shell companies and cut outs. We may have to consider the same if we have our own businesses.
