I’m 58. Never married. Retired. Have my pension intact. Zero debt. Sold my house in America cuz I can’t/don’t want to/won’t deal or be around American women and American political nonsensical infighting.

Moved overseas. Live in a great place. Date women in their early 20s routinely and effortlessly. Back home I’d be called a pervert or a creep. Here nobody cares.

I never lie about my age or intentions. A lot of men string women on and their clock is ticking. I don’t waste their time. I tell them up front two things.

That I never want to get married and I’m not giving you babies.

At that point they can make an educated conscientious decision on whether they want to see me.

You might ask why I date such younger women. It’s not that I find older women unattractive. But I’m not wasting their egg time. The young women inevitably move on but never with anything other than good memories.

If you’re not gonna marry this woman and I get it why you’re not.

This is the hard part, and why i stop dating and chasing women at 41 i bough my condo and re arrange it to my liking, i have no place for a women in there.

All women i met after my last separation at 41 wanted to move in with me or worst sell my condo and buy a house.

Unless you want her to be a stay at home mum (sounds like no) or FWB then she's useless. And sounds like she wants more than FWB.

Even for her to be a mum, if she can't bring ambition, prudent planning and success to her own life then how could she bring it to a parenting role and the child's & husband's life? Sounds like too many red flags and a general incompatibility.

What is her undergrad degree? I don't understand people spending a shit-ton of money to get degrees with salary caps in the $20/hr range.

Marriage is stupid. Cohabitation is an option, but you better be very self-secure, and strong-willed.

That said you are doing the right thing. Just don't let angry at her for her lack of understanding, because, you may be not explaining it to her very well.

To do it, start by saying that you believe men and women to be equal, so your options are based on respect to yours and hers person.

Then explain that you think that you think the current state of your relation is the best, so there is no need to change anything. If she starts moaning, guilting or whatever, just say that if in the current state of your relation you already have all those problems, which you were not aware, you can't imagine all the problems that would emerge in the future, if she moved in and had kids and so on.

And keep going your own way. If she keeps by your side, on your terms, and your both satisfied, good. If (or, I should say, when) she can't keep up the pace anymore, let her go.

Had a similar situation with my ex-wife, she didn't have any education, no job, etc.

In many terms a complete loser, I took it on myself to let her move in, get an education and helped her with a Job through a business contact.

Although she lost that job pretty quickly and ended up working below her educational level. But it didn't seem to bother her, she had 0... ambition.

Although I did end up marrying her, I had a lawyer write up a prenup and had her sign it. The prenup is great and all but never the less I ended up spending quite a lot in fees when we split as she claimed I tricked/pressured her into signing.

Never again for me, but hey a prenup could be a good alternative?
