As of 11AM feb 13th I'm officially a free man! After 2 years of being stubborn and vindictive my ex finally decided to be reasonable. After we laid out our evidence she was so scared of being forced back to our city that she (unknowingly) agreed to EVERYTHING I asked for in return for allowing her to live with the kids near her parents. I will see my kids a ton, basically whenever they're not in school and she only gets to see them between getting home from her bs job and bedtime. She has to get my approval for basically everything regarding them, and she's forced to let me talk to them via video or phone every single night. I also get to dictate my visits during the summer and she has to plan her 1 week around my time with them. I can also pick them up on their birthdays and fathers day. This may not sound great to some of you, but because of my job, this flexibility allows me to focus on work and make lots of money and not have to lose time with my kids. Also child support is very minimal considering how much I make. I feel like I should throw a party....
