I would say part of staying "strong" is accepting the fact that you'll continue to desire women, particularly hot women.

Knowing and accepting so will allow you to make more informed decisions regarding this desire.

Taking the redpill doesn't mean you automatically swear off women altogether (unless you're going full monk mode), but it does mean that you avoid putting yourself in circumstances where women can take advantage of you, especially on situations where they can fully use the current gynocentric system against you.

Tbh idk how i did it. I still remember years ago that everytime a sexy women walks by, my eyes fixated on her 'assets'. But after getting redpilled, my eyes instead fixated on their face only. You're not alone dude. Many people come here because they're often still struggling in their daily lives, taking this path is not easy. Don't believe everyone here is a superman who never gives in to any adversity and no longer has any feelings for women. It's just not true. The struggle against oneself is a very difficult one but it is a rewarding one, as it can lead to freedom of mind. So don't be too harsh on yourself, it's normal that you're experiencing this, just learn to gradually handle these moments more rationally, the objective in my opinion is not to never again have such thoughts, it is to become stronger than them and know that you can overcome such troubling moments.
