Who benefits the most from Fiat Currency?

It benefits the very rich and powerful. They print new money and use it where they want (typically filtering it through banks, which are run by their friends & associates). And benefits the government as a whole since they can print off money (through debt) to pacify the people, pay for pet projects (which they will get kick backs from), etc.

It is a house of cards and the cracks in the foundation are growing.

Oh they cant? Are you sure about that? Because the FED does this all the time. And who benefits? Banks, thats who. You already know the answers, you just dont want to believe it. Who owns the world? Banks. Who benefits? Banks. Who owns banks? The elite. Who benefits? The people its been beneiftting since the start of it all.

It's not really a fiat currency because it is backed by bonds. From a currency those who have a lot of it profit from it. It's essential money.

Just printing more money doesn't create prosperity. Even if some MMT (Magic Money Theory) proponents think so. You only create prosperity by creating services and 'things' that helps the society. If those don't grow with the monetary supply you get into problems (inflation, ...).

The banks and corporations which get access to the new money first.

They get to spend it before inflation, whereas by the time it reaches everyone else prices have already gone ul.

The people who spend it first after it is printed get the best bang for their dollar before inflation begins....for the remaining people as it trickles through the economy after, usually have less and less buying power. Inflation is a hidden tax on the poorest people.

So the way fiat works is the fed loans the huge banks money, who then loan it out to businesses and people very cheaply. The amount actually reaching the money supply is multiplied by the inverse of the reserve requirement set by the central bank. (If they only have to hold 20% in reserve, they can loan out 5x as much as they borrowed from the fed). So obviously that money gets paid back to the big banks eventually with interest, very good deal for them unless they stupidly lend it to people who then default (this happened during the subprime mortgage crisis). The interest rates are usually lower for large companies, and wealthy individuals with huge portfolios of stocks and other assets to borrow against. So what they do is borrow money at like 1% interest, then buy income producing real estate, and stocks that can only really go up as long as the money printer is brrrring. Then they get to keep the returns on these investments. The people who “lose” are holders of government bonds and straight up cash in the savings account (think grandma or a 1st grader’s college fund) as their wealth just gets diluted away by all of the actions I described. This will all come crashing down when Wall Street and the ultra rich can’t find ways to invest the super cheap borrowed funds that are keeping this all going

Printing money causes inflation. If you're wealthy and own lots of expensive things, (stocks, bonds, property, etc), it means their value will go up continuously as the greedy politicians print their way into oblivion. This causes a marriage of the damned between the uber-wealthy and politicians, which means everyone else loses.

the FEDERA RESERV is a central bank and yes it can print all the money it wants not only that but charge interest for something the treasury could do on its own. the reserve prints money to fund the IMF which is the big bad world bank that enslaves all the nations of the world with debt.

i think thomas jeffeson or ben franklin created the first FIAT in this country and it was called colonial script right after the revolution. the lincoln created fiat with the GREENBACK after the civil war because the banks were charging interests. Kennedy attempted to do similar by printing treasury notes but they fucked him.

FIAT is not the problem the problem is centralization one person has all the power. Cryptocurrencies are nothing more than digital FIAT but they are decentralized so the power is spread out.
