just because she retracted it doesn't automatically make her a false accuser, it's not always that black & white.

I'm not saying we shouldn't suss people out for being false accusers but constantly saying it should be one or the other without realizing there may be other forces at hand we simply don't know about is a bit too much

Somebody needs to put up some posters that there is a false accuser on the loose.

No surprise from the Waterloo Regional Police, they're bigoted assholes and I have the recordings to prove it.

She really caused quite a stir on campus. I heard some lectures even having heated debates on the respect of woman.

I hope the fact that she lied causes an equal stir; and that heated classroom debates occur about false allegations and the respect of men.

I believe in innocent until proven guilty. If she actually has evidence it occurred, then I believe she has every right to a trial and to get justice. But if no evidence can be presented, then no charges should ever be made.

I would go even further to say the accused should have their identities protected just like the accuser's identity is.

As far as the campus actions are concerned, they need to stop pretending that a sexual crime occurred when someone simply said it did. I believe the accuser should have a voice, but that we shouldn't encourage witch hunting.

Good. They should not be laid. This never got to a prosecution stage. Once she presses false charges with the police and prosecution, then it becomes serious. Then it should be a crime. As it was she simply made an allegation - anyone can do that an it doesn't mean the police will press charges.

I suppose the police may want to claim she wasted their time, which is a crime, but it really depends how much effort they put into this before realising she was full of shit.

In the meantime, I hope the poor men she told filthy lies about sue her for defamation. Note that sueing occurs in civil court, not criminal court.
