As an electoral majority and the primary legal power within society. I wish to raise a question about these people women as a collective political majority being criminals. The standard I use is the crime of apartheid of which at a minimum this majority is guilty of some aspects.

  1. "By the infliction upon the members of a racial group or groups of serious bodily or mental harm, by the infringement of their freedom or dignity, or by subjecting them to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;"

While this defines racial groups I believe this in immaterial in nature. As the practice of alimony, women material power or the concept of marital assets without fault. I believe fit well within the definition of cruel, degrading and undignified. I would say they also rise to the level of inhuman should the threat of prosecution exist for non payment of said alimony.

"Any legislative measures and other measures calculated to prevent a racial group or groups from participation in the political, social, economic and cultural life of the country and the deliberate creation of conditions preventing the full development of such a group or groups, in particular by denying to members of a racial group or groups basic human rights and freedoms, including the right to work, the right to form recognised trade unions, the right to education, the right to leave and to return to their country, the right to a nationality, the right to freedom of movement and residence, the right to freedom of opinion and expression, and the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association;"

Affirmative action benefiting women broadly stands to prevent many men from receiving an education. Add onto this gender based scholarships at public expense, Title IX and the lack of due process in schools eg Title IX tribunals.

I would count also the lack of measures made to actually prevent the wanton vilification of men and boys. By virtue of both differential enforcement and the wide spread allowance of conspiracy theory's in the work place. Eg the gender wage gap, rape culture, ect.

3."Any measures including legislative measures, designed to divide the population along racial lines by the creation of separate reserves and ghettos for the members of a racial group or groups, the prohibition of mixed marriages among members of various racial groups, the expropriation of landed property belonging to a racial group or groups or to members thereof;"

Under women's marital power without just cause or reason they find themselves entitled. Be it by formal legal marriage of common law to expropriate property, land or monies through alimony or direct transfer and without consent. Property and lands they have not earned nor has agreement been made in which they are explicitly entitled. An extension of marital power is the accusation of domestic violence and other forms of falsification. Which carry varying and extreme consequences.

4."Exploitation of the labour of the members of a racial group or groups, in particular by submitting them to forced labour;"

Alimony and the disproportionate impacts of taxation along with marital power. By means of common law or legal marriage.

I can't really suggest that all the requirements of the crime of apartheid has been met. However I would say the actions of this majority come off as somewhat criminal in nature. Especially as it applies to affirmative action and marital power, the fact that both have not been abolished. I think raises question of potential remedies and the restoration of the victims of such policies.

So are women criminals or are they walking awfully close to the line on this one?
