I am sorry what? How is the general public supposed to know? If she is dangerous shouldn't she stay in jail where normal people can't have contact with her?

I wonder how many men she'd have to kill before they handed her a sentence in the double digits.

At 2 to 3.5 years a pop , I'm guessing that she could still get out and kill a few more.

Come to think of it , what's the penalty for killing a dog ?

He didn't die. It was an attempted murder charge. Still a short sentence though.

Notice that the crimes happened in Canada. The US would have been much less lenient.
