There's always the argument that;

but all the pimps and jons are men, so somehow it's still a "MEN are victimizing women and children / patriarchy" problem instead of a "boys-need-help-too" problem.

As usual in these anti-sex countries, the policies are written gender neutral, but only view females as victims, and males as perpetrators. These anti-sex policies in Scandinavia and America just drive everything underground. Much better to have a more open policy which everyone understands what is going on and is much easier to police, for instance like they do in New Zealand. One of the keys to improving the situation is to form a non-judgmental policy similar to New Zealand's. However, this sort of thing will go against the ideology of radical feminism, because it believes that women can actually make a choice and actually have agency, and are not simply helpless.
