Obviously this woman should not be caring for children, given her behavior.

Next question: does this get-out-of-jail-free card also apply to men with children? Or only women?

Why in gods name does this get a free pass??? Sick of reading stories like this - all it does is send out the message that if you're female and have a child you are above the law! How much more serious a crime can there be than this??? It's only a few punches away from murder - let's hope this sentence gets appealed and she gets sent where she belongs!
