This sets men up for failure. First, we make society in such a way that men need to initiate if they want a mate and girls need to dress sexy. Then we decide we are not going to shame women dressing sexy, but celebrate them. Meanwhile, we decide to look down on men picking up women. Picking up on women is the man's version of dressing sexy.
