Prerequisites - I'm a straight, white, middle-high class male. I'm a sophomore in high school. I also will edit this post Monday for the actual scholarship opportunity because I don't remember it.

My Spanish teacher is a huge feminist. I cannot stand when she talks about politics because it always comes back to what "women get out of it". We begin talking about colleges and scholarship opportunities because one of our seniors is getting a full ride to the University of Kentucky to pursue a career in Interpretation and whatnot.

She tells us about this scholarship opportunity for minorities. I immediately look at my Mexican friend and jokingly say "that's all you bro" he laughs because we both don't know hardly any Spanish. She starts naming off minorities "African American, Latino, Mentally/Phisically challenged, Female" Once she said that, all the white males in the room absolutely went off (including me) wondering how in the actual fuck being a women got you a scholarship. We chatted up the teacher about it, obviously she being in full support of it. She then stops the conversation abruptly by threatening to take us to the office after we pulled out absolute facts.

So because something I have literally no control over, I don't get a shot at this scholarship. Fuck feminism.
