Universities should stop employing people who promote discrimination in hiring. Seriously, I have to wonder about this woman. She is an Assistant Prof.. She has not tenure.

AA categories female + minority are actually majority of population.

AA (positive discrimination) is thus pretext for all of society to discriminate against the white male minority in favour of the AA majority.

So it is unlikely AA will ever end, particularly given that it's entrenched in thousands of academic, governmental, and corporate programmes.

This prof's career will not suffer and may gain by her discriminatory stance.

I only wish African-American males would realise white females have always been their worst enemies, and so African-American males should quit the AA coalition. We're their brothers; white females are not their sisters.

One of my acquaintances is the head of the English department at a major university. He's a "white cis male". He supports and defends every last absurd notion in the social justice cult. He would welcome such an idea with open arms until his family went bankrupt. 15 years of postgraduate education, writing literature, and teaching....all gone. How on earth an intellectual mind gets poisoned to that degree is absolutely beyond me.
