Police are obviously being instructed to not investigate both sides to an allegation. Once an allegation has been made, they are required to "believe the victim" and then build a case against the "suspect", which would mean focusing on evidence that supports their own case.

Police guide to rape complaints:
1) receive allegation
2) try and obtain a conviction

This is why you should never vote in a jury to convict a man of raping a woman. Rape as a crime is now politicized as a weapon to attack men and the courts are rigged. Maybe not as blatantly as this time but this shows the open bias of the prosecution and "justice " system against men especially in rape cases.

As a juror you must be sure that the facts admit no other reasonable explanation. Unfortunately because of shit like this as a juror you can never be sure of the evidence in a rape case because it might have been rigged for political reasons to convict an innocent man. And if you can't be sure of guilt then you should not vote to convict.

The case might look good but so far as you know there could be evidence you haven't seen which completely proves the innocence of the defendant. The defense lawyers could have been prevented from admitting this evidence by rape shield laws or they might not even have been told about it (as here). What are the odds? Does this happen in half of rape cases? A tenth?
