What I find really interesting here is that this post has been down voted four times. That is hardly a surprise. What is curious is that those that have down voted have not commented.

I really do worry sometimes. All movements attract many different kinds of people. And while (as with the first comment to this) we may not all agree philosophically on many things, most of us would agree that the MRM is not supposed to be a harbinger for molesters. That sort of thing could cripple us badly.

I hope those that are down voting the post will speak up, at least to confirm that whatever their reasons were, it was not because they support sexual access to children.

For what it's worth, jayhammers' pal Schopenbecq seems to have a similar obsession with the age of consent, and underage girls.

From his blog, in a post on Roman Polanski's rape of a 13-year-old girl:

And every heterosexual man without a cougar complex would indeed like to fuck beautiful young (i.e. teenage) girls – leaving aside moral, social and legal restraints. In another post, he seems angry at feminists for pushing to raise the age of consent from 12:

This is incredibly misguided. Jay Hammers is a very valueable contributing member of the MRA movement. It is the feminist trolls, (every single one of which have contributed to this thread as of 11:35 pm 4/14/2010) who are the problem: Inabook, catlebrity and atomicparrot.
