You're purely and simply evil, rushing to condemn a male with wrong information.

They never had intercourse and he was not convicted of intercourse.
Behind a dumpster is inaccurate. They were both so drunk that they stumbled, under a pine tree, on the way to his dorm room to fuck. The dumpster was nearby but they were still in public. (That's how they were seen by "the Swedes".)
American Thinker has some good articles. In any case, the site doesn't matter; Solway's comments, and the Fiamengo material he references, do matter. Like any ignorant arsehole, you're arguing authority, not substance, and it stinks.

Clear proof of your ignorance. In sentencing, the judge followed the direct recommendation of the female probation officer, who herself followed guidelines.

I'm quite skeptical of the whole thing for a number of reasons.

Brock Claims the whole thing was consensual, that they were walking home together, she fell over, he got on the ground with her, started making out, and things progressed. Of course he could be lying.
Eyewitnesses claim they saw Brock and the girl meet at a party and leave together.
She wasn't unconscious. She didn't respond to being shook/shouted at, but did respond to having her nail beds pinched. I know myself I've been in that state before and have not turned down sex.
She claims to not remember anything, not meeting him, not walking home with him, not the incident, nothing, which I find hard to believe. Again, from personal experience and from what my friends tell me, I've never experienced or heard of anyone forgetting multiple hours of time, despite how unbelievably hammered we've gotten.
If she truly doesn't remember anything then how she feels about the situation is basically worthless.
She had a boyfriend at the time. So her options as a result of this are either a) Say she consented and be brandished as a slut, or b) Say she was raped and receive admiration and pity.

Also, even if we assume the worst, that he found her passed out, I think rape is a complete mislabel. Penile penetration is far more personal, more invasive, and carries a greater risk of STD's and pregnancy, that's why rape has such a stigma. The outrage is largely due to the comments that Brock's father made and isn't much proportional to the crime he may or may not have commited. There are far worse people out there.
