No legal system, as it is currently constituted, provides equal protection of law to women.

I'm going to demolish this in one sentence.

Women are protected from conscription in almost every legal system currently and throughout time, men are not.

Goodbye feminist fantasy of eternal oppression!

What is most amazing is the lack of critical thought and the open support for manipulation of a public that was never consulted about these changes.

According to these documents, what we see now is truley a world wide for of tyranny run, without democratic elections though an administrative body, the UN.

We can only hope that our brothers in countries that are not already police states can stem the tide.

I fear not. The powers that be need every man and woman working and every child stuck from age 1 month in government education centers to be trained to be good little bricks in the wall.

can't speak to other countries' systems, but a very respected conservative jurist takes the view that women lack equal protection under US law.
