Hello gents,

I'll not burden you with all the little details, but I had an interesting discussion today with a person who "didn't see a difference between MRAs and Feminism" when it comes to disavowing assholes.

My argument on the matters is that Feminism seems to adopt every ally it can, whether it's useful tools like Emma Watson or categorical manhaters such as Valerie Solanas, casually turning a blind eye to manhaters within its ranks while also allowing subcommunites such as TERFs to fester under the same banner as feminism.

Their argument was that the MensRights reddit in particular does not disavow assholes, and that women hate is rife within our ranks.

I brought up the point that Paul Elam is seen by some as a Leader in the MensRights arena, while many MRAs disavow Elam for his more controversial statements and points. To wit, they demanded proof.

So here's a poll for you all. Naturally, not everyone's opinion is going to fit neatly into a binary choice, so please contribute in the comments as well regarding your stance on MRA Leadership.

I'm also curious to hear whether or not you think MensRights has a woman hating problem (to the same degree as Feminism's man hating problem).
