The pill metaphor was used during the Matrix.

Basically,

A blue pill means you want to stay happy, but live in lies.

A red pill means the truth, but that reality might be harsh to some people.

RedPill is to my guess a group of men (and women) that 'exposes' the true nature of women (and men for the female redpill). I see it as some dating advice for people to not get used.

Hold up people are saying that redpilled is good then when I commented on a post that said “based and red pilled” when I replied it does not matter cause it’s r/roblox I got bombed with “based and redpilled” does that mean they were agreeing with me?
