I've been thinking about rape and sexual assault recently given the recent international and national news. I feel like the feminist approach to dealing with these issues really highlights how committed they are to the unconstrained vision of humanity. They are so attached to the idea that human nature can be changed and that a perfect solution is out there, that they are putting the safety of women at risk. (Yes I know men are often the victims of all sorts of sexual assault, I'm focusing my comment to women because of a specific point I want to make.)

Now more than ever men are bombarded with messages about consent, respect, feminism, nonviolence, workplace standards etc. But the men at the top of the social and/or economic hierarchy (a guy at a party, a business professional, a politician, "refugees" lol) continue to do what they want. There is a sincere belief in most feminist and leftist hearts that "wiser or more moral and human social policies are the solution" (from pg. 37 in the book, also listed in the chart I linked in the OP).

I feel like while a lot of women are taught that men can be dangerous, this is presented as an unfortunate consequence of politics and culture. The most outrageous example is how Muslim "refugees" in Europe are given countless chances by the local population because of cultural differences. The barbaric behavior of those men reveals some negative aspects of male nature. Western civilisation has tamed a lot of this element in our men over time, but violence and other related traits are still present. There are many feminists who mean well but are so focused on the desired results that they are actually promoting the exploitation of women.

When it comes to RPW, I think that we do a good job at encouraging women to acknowledge reality and embrace who their man truly is. We encourage women to work within the constraints of male and female nature as well as the unique situations they find themselves in. Additionally we are really big on the idea that no one is perfect, and that no relationship can be perfect. Off the top of my head when it comes to incentives we advise women to be sexually available, a GOFL, a soft place to land, someone who adds value to his life, and someone who makes a house a home. Doing these things incentivizes a man to stay committed and invested in the relationship.

Edit: Male nature was "tamed" via tradeoffs, incentives, etc as explained in the chart that I linked. I did not mean to imply that Western civ transformed male nature in a concrete and final way.

Fundamental question - who picks right and wrong? How do we come to that? Basic bitch question I know, but still.

Attacking this from a rational standpoint, the above. But I'd say that if we assume that there is a God, then the above can't be true. We were put here with free will, and are given temptations, meaning we are fundamentally flawed. If this (being "we are flawed") is true, than we accept that God has put us here as a test, and so on and so forth. If we are flawed and tempted, than we must resist temptation. If we are rational, than we need incentive not to resist temptation. And so, the above is not true. (And if it is true, than there is no God, and there is not absolute good and evil, and therefore all social behavior is dictated by perceived trade-offs and pros/cons, which include satisfying one's ego of adhering to a moral code.)
