So, quick backstory. I'm a guy, cousin likes her CFO ( big power distance) he initiated appropriate "nudgy" flirting. She's not "experienced" with the games people play, old (38, she thinks so), rarely likes guys and ( really ) wants to get married - I read men repill. I told her to play hard to get, worked really well. He started texting her continuously, telling her secrets, talks to her in big meetings, "protects her" if something happens - she's actually good. Two days ago he asks her out for dinner, she says no cuz it was late, she says, tomorrow, both agree. Next day comes, he stood her up. The day after that, he doesn't mention it, neither does she. They deal together as normal. He jokes with another lady, too much, trying to make her jealous, she doesn't realize that's what he was trying to do. ( he doesn't really joke around, CFO, and the girl wasn't pretty ). She really wants him, what should she do?
