Times are changing my friend. Women are the breadwinners in 40% of homes now. So your idea of your social worth increasing while hers decreases may be a little outdated. Also, it may be contributing to your inability to find a woman.

Breadwinners in 40% of homes? Majority of it are divorcees with alimony+child support and single mothers, they are breadwinners by default.

edit: oh yes, 63% are single mothers... It's funny how /r/srs can downvote to shit truthful answers and admins have zero problems with it. Double standards? :)

I love how someone responded with the "women are making more money" statistic like that increases their social value. Most men don't give a shit how rich a girl is or what she does. If she isn't attractive and pleasant to be around then she isn't as valued as a prettier woman/more pleasant woman. Just because money and status are what turn women on doesn't mean men respond to the same thing.

No one wants to listen to a guy talk about why he doesn't want to get married if it puts women in a bad light. A guy vents and he's called bitter and told to fix himself/his actions, a women vents and everyone agrees that guys are assholes in order to make her happy. This is why I always try and hear the guy's point of view because no one wants to stick up for guys.

I just hope this dude ends up happy.

After reading his post I figured he had to be a TRP reader. I was a bit shocked to see him react negatively when /u/socal83 referenced TRP farther down in the thread. Funny how resistant some people can be even when their life experiences point to TRP's validity.

"That's right man, you should be grateful for our attention" Seriously, I get just as pissed off when I see white men who treat foreign particularly Asian women this way (which does happen) and is wrong.

Yes. edit: I want to warn you, though, don't just assume that you're one of the worthwhile ones, yourself. You have to work hard to be a good person. I'm not saying whether you are a good person or not! I don't know. But I'm just saying, don't take it for granted... You might have some self-reflection and growing to do, yourself, if you want to be one of those good people.

Just come out and say it.
