Summary
1, 2 and 5 I have no particular beef with. "Women don't compartmentalize" isn't true; they will do it when they need to rationalize some behavior, and do it frighteningly well. "What women want isn't that complicated" is problematic though. In the author's words:
They want to be loved, respected, trusted, and adored.
This is classically BP advice as it fails to mention the critical piece of context: they want to be loved/respected/trusted/adored by the right kind of men.

1 and 2 seemed pretty on par with RP theory. 3 sounded like RP though I could be wrong.

They want to be loved, respected, trusted, and adored. They want you to listen, at least make an attempt to understand, and help where you can.
Women do not want to be adored. They also don't want a servant. Being a good listener is maybe in the top 50 most important traits. maybe.

Mostly correct.
Deal is, women DO want to be adored. It's just that women want to be adored by the kind of man that generally doesn't adore women. Every woman wants to be the exception.
