I just want to know what exactly this is
There is no 'exactly'. The sidebar is a summary of principles and truths that guys have found to work in the real world. Some guys apply it all, some apply part of it. You decide for yourself what you want to do with it.
and the proof for your claims
We're a bunch of guys on the internet, what kind of proof do you want? Scientific studies with control groups and shit?
This place gives you free information and advice. You pay nothing to obtain it, so you don't have the privilege of asking for proof.
It's up to you what you do with the info you found here.

Great comment. The "salad bar" analogy is dispositive here.

True, True. Alright thanks guys

Try them out and see the proof for yourself.

I'll try it out. However, we both know that anecdotal evidence is not enough.

If it works for you personally, why does it matter whether or not it's anecdotal?
We aren't here to change the world, we're here to change ourselves. Take what works for you, and discard the rest.

Trust yourself, the only evidence you need comes from within. You're here because you know something isn't right, that's your first step in a long journey, keep walking.

In my opinion you are asking the wrong question. Most men that have an interest in TRP have this because of one single question; "How to have more sex with more woman?" or "How to keep having sex with this one woman?"
So, whether or not you desire a happy long lasting relationship or a bunch of random sexual encounters the main question basically is the same. "How to get sex?"
Of course we do like to pretend that we are more sophisticated then that. That is just ego trying to tell us that we are not animals.
The better questions to ask then are, 1) What do I want? 2) How do I get it?

I'm pretty sure this would go over better in askTRP. And when you post there, give some more details about just what you see as discrepancies, so that people can actually answer your specific concerns if they care to.

Dude, there is no difference in TRP thinking. Some guys just tell you the same shit more sincerely, with more cocky attitude. TRP is a philosophy of being the best version of yourself. Also accepting that you live in a world that wants you to be on your knees, that is very dark, fucked up and love is... specific.
I went through a break-up that could be a great example, but that's a story for a long post. Many of us came here after break ups, 'coz we wanted to know "how this happened if I thought that I did everything good?" Then you realize you were lazy beta bitch or you were too beta in front of your woman too often. TRP teaches you a whole new set of rules. It helps you understand and be the best man you can ever be.
Pozdrawiam!

The road to masculinity can be very long and there are many divergent paths which people find themselves taking.
We have many divorce raped men as well as players and well adjusted family men too.
We reflect the range of men... but are unlike the betas who live in adult bodies but have the mental functioning of children.
