Shift leader is more likely than not just whatever server is in charge of tallying the stuff for that shift at a restaurant. It's nothing to brag about and it's not a big deal, unless there's some small hourly bonus involved most people just don't want to do it. Not much point in saying that, "server" or "waitress" would come across better, this sounds like she's trying to make it sound more important.

It is not so much that she has the fact that she is pregnant and looking for a new guy that makes me facepalm (those profiles have become too numerous to shock me), but the fact that she lists that aspect of herself as like it is like how she lists liking coffee. It is apparently just another detail to her, not a huge bombshell that should send every guy the other direction.
