TLDR; I got accused of what the school saw as sexual harassment and I'm afraid to approach girls or really anyone now out of fear they'll turn on me.

Not the best way to start out a thread but I thought I'd cut to the chase.

Last semester in college after reading about Red Pill and implementing it for about a week I had amazing results. Being confident and physically escalating were two simple points that for a short while changed my game dramatically. Coming off from a feel good flow of making out with a couple girls the weekend before I figured I was improving rapidly.

So this is when things took a turn for the dark. I'm at work in a college mailroom pretty confident and happy thinking that I found a new way to live my life. I'm exuding confidence and starting a conversation with everyone, something I used to struggle with strongly. I start chatting up this chubbyish girl with a nice face who seems to be really into me and since she basically asks me to eat with her I figured I'd accompany her after work. We have a good time and I invite her back up to my room to show her some funny video.

I show her the video she's not amused, but I quickly recover with a staring contest with intense eye-contact and we start making out. She's not reciprocating much so I stop. She says "I wasn't expecting that, you're so mysterious" but not once does she say anything negative. I get her laughing again and we talk a little more I go in again and she seems more receptive but then stops again saying "I just met you, this is happening to fast etc.." So I stop again talk a little more, she has to leave soon for a job interview anyway. Instead of ending it here I stupidly with my lack of dumbass experience try again and this time I fuck up and knock her off the corner of my bed while kissing her. The bed frames in my college happen to be really high so you can store stuff under them, and I didn't want her falling. I try to catch her, but at that point the whole situation looks awkward and wrong. Basically looks like I hail marry dove into her.

She ends up running out of the room crying saying "This can't happen again" or something along those lines. I get really upset that I upset this girl and send her a bunch of texts apologizing, which turns out was a giant mistake since I basically incriminated myself by telling her "I'm sorry for tackling you" in the fucking message.

A week later I get a notice saying she filed no contact order against me, even though I didn't contact her what so ever and wasn't planning on it. At this point although I'm disappointed that I royally fucked up and probably brought flashbacks to some sort of former one night stand she had thus the "This can't happen again" before she left I figure I never have to see hear from her again just like she wants.

Wrong. I work where she lives in the front desk. So they had to remove me from my position, before even hearing my side of the story. At this point of paranoid as hell, and I don't have the sharpest mental health history so this whole thing is making me really depressed. They call me over for a meeting to tell my side of the story.

I mess up again and tell them exactly what happened, and of course it sounds bad when you say "I tried to stop her from falling off my bed after I kissed her". At this point the woman who was interviewing me immediately didn't care what else I had to say. I was a total wreck crying etc, very light shade of blue behavior. I was terrified. I tried to point out that her report seriously heightened the events. At one point the girl wrote that I told her to "take her clothes off because she looked too comfortable in them" which I never said. I simply said take your jacket off and make yourself comfortable.

Well I lost my job, she never filed any legal charges, but I'm on probation with the school for the rest of my time in college. They charged me with physical assault which falls under the same category of as if I actually raped her.

Now months later I'm a little guilty that I may have actually caused her mental damage, but at the same time thinking everyone punished me too harshly mostly because I handled the situation so poorly and made myself look like shit. I'm mostly just angry at myself for getting myself into this shit, not handling it properly, and never believing I could handle it properly. I'm a pretty self aware individual and if I got any notion that I was creeping her out before I pushed her off the bed I would have stopped in my tracks immediately. I'm chronically depressed and I don't care to approach anyone anymore out of fear this'll happen again.

What do you guys think I should do to forget about all of this? I figured it'd happen by now, but it's been months and I can't stop thinking about it.

I could work on the other aspects of my life but I have no skill set in anything really and have zero motivation since this happened. I don't really want to go back to school in a month out of fear that someone will question me about this and I'll choke in response since I have bad social anxiety.
